I’m a fully qualified MBACP therapist supporting adults with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and burnout. I’m also a neurodiversity-affirming therapist with in-depth knowledge of ADHD and Autism, helping adults manage executive function challenges, masking, and burnout from “trying harder.” Diagnosed with ADHD at 36, I bring personal insight to my work. Outside sessions, I love walks, reading, family time, and fussing over my cat (usually while rewatching The Office).
