I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Pickles & Co's staff fit so well together, you can feel a cosy friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Well done everyone. My next appointment was booked before I left. Hands down the best waxing salon in Birmingham— super professional, spotless, and so friendly. Nilima has done all my treatments for my wedding and she’s amazing! I’ll be travelling from Scotland just to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience at Pickles & Co with Kadesha! I went in for a back exfoliation and leg treatment, and honestly, my skin has never felt this smooth and refreshed. Kadesha was incredible so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The back exfoliation was so relaxing and thorough, leaving my skin feeling deeply cleansed, soft, and glowing. You can really tell Kadesha takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. I left feeling pampered, confident. Definitely coming back!

My appointment with Nilima was exceptional. I was having eyebrow, threading and facial waxing for the first time and she put me at ease and spent time making sure I was happy with everything. Nilima is highly skilled and competent in her profession and I look forward to my next treatment.

I had my first consultation and patch test done for Electrolysis with Nilima today. I felt comfortable and relaxed and everything was explained to me in detail so I understood what was going to happen. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment with Nilima and getting rid of my stubborn hair that previous laser hair removal wasn’t able to remove. I got my eyebrows done today and I’m honestly so happy with the result! It’s usually quite difficult for me to maintain a good shape, but this time it was done perfectly. I had such a lovely experience with Sukhi today! She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her professionalism really stood out. She was gentle, thorough, and clearly very experienced at what she does. The whole process was smooth and much less painful than I expected, which is a huge credit to her skill. Harvinder was amazing at doing my eyebrows. I’m in Birmingham for university so mainly get my eyebrows done from my city but one lady botched one of them. Harvinder is very competent in what she does and now my eyebrows look amazing. Bonus - My mum loves them too!

I was SO nervous before this appointment. And was struggling to find a good salon in Birmingham to cater for my needs but J Beauty was amazing! Tension khatam. They were sweet, professional, caring and easy to talk too. The atmosphere was relaxing. Would certainly recommend and come again myself! Thank you ladies especially Pooja. <3 you all are fab.
