Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Staff were very friendly, and Jordana was great. I booked in for a leg wax but my growth wasn't long enough and she waived the fee, really appreciated as that was entirely my error! Eyebrow and lip wax was very quick, I've had it done in the past where they had to go over the same place multiple times but this was just bosh bosh done!!!

Amazing as always ! I always book for a time more than a person so I get different staff a lot and every single one is just incredible! Today I had Micheal he was fantastic, I’m scared of needles so they always help me feel comfortable, he was so professional and nice, barely felt a thing and the results look amazing as always 💗 love Rachel Katie cosmetics wouldn’t go anywhere else!
