I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

It is always a joy to come to my appointment as I know I will be walking out the door feeling like I’m walking on water! Carmen is fantastic with energy and she can adapt to whatever it is you are needing that day, whether that be a calming, silent treatment that’s like watching the sunrise or a warm chat that feels like a mug of hot chocolate on a windy day- you will always leave feeling more settled and connected to your body.
