I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I heard a lot about Erika as a good massage therapist, but I didn’t have enough time to get there. And it was a matter of chance that I was presented with a gift certificate for 3 full sessions. And after the first session, according to the assesment of my body, I was surprised that the problem was in my body in a completely different place than I expected. After the remaining 2 sessions, I already felt the result on my body. I had strong headaches before visiting the massage, And at the first session, Erika does for me a head massage, and each time my pain went away.

I had an incredible massage experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Erika was professional, attentive and clearly skilled — she took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. The pressure was perfect throughout and I left feeling completely rejuvenated . It was exactly what I needed. Erika is without a doubt a very skillful and knowledgeable massage therapist. Even though it was my first visit I can confidently say that I am thrilled with the results achieved. She has managed to tailor the treatment in a way that addressed my specific health issues which I am absolutely grateful for. As well as being extremely patient focused Erika also creates a wonderfully calming and relaxing atmosphere. I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
