Pressure was lovely. I was able to deal with diabetes nonsense she was able to make it no problem at all. I got right back into the zone and I was relaxed and easy within minutes.

First tried reiki with Charlene around a year ago out of curiosity. Always have a very relaxing and enjoyable session. I’ve had two treatments with Kamila at Kama Calm Holistic Therapies about a week apart, and both were amazing. I had chain contact release and a hot crystal massage, and felt so relaxed after each one. I slept really well afterwards and noticed less pain, which made a big difference for me. Kamila is lovely, very professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be back for another crystal massage!

Amira kindly greeted me, took my coat and showed me where to sit. She kindly asked what I’d like to be done and helped create the exact colour I wanted for my nail. Her space was clean and tidy, she was chatty and made me feel relaxed throughout! Thank you very much Amira! ⭐️
