I had a fantastic massage today. She was genuinely lovely — welcoming, professional, and clearly very skilled. The tension in my neck and shoulders has completely eased, and she incorporated stretches that made a huge difference. She also took the time to give me helpful advice for keeping things loose going forward. I felt really looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience with my waxing treatment! Charnel was so warm and personable, immediately putting me at ease. Her attention to detail is unmatched, she was meticulous, gentle, and ensured everything was absolute perfection. You can really tell Charnel takes pride in her work. Omg! That has got to be the BEST back massage and facial ive had to date (ive had many). For me, its not just about the great quality of the products used but its how comfortable i felt during my visit. Charnel was warm and friendly and chatted with me at times when i wanted a chin wag. She explained what products she was using and the benefits of them. A great touch was the heated blanket i was laid on, it was so cosy, yes, i fell asleep. Im so excited for my next visit! Thank you for being so welcoming & i love your new shop! Gorgeous!
