Another great massage at Align. Sarah listens and alters the session to accommodate whatever is needed. Her advice and guidance with exercises etc is helping too. I’m just my own worst enemy at not doing them enough!

I can’t recommend Sarah enough! Her massages are incredible, she combines her skills & knowledge to create the perfect treatment & even gives me exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments, which has really helped! I always feel renewed and relaxed afterwards - highly recommend!

First massage with elena. She was really friendly, and made sure I was comfortable all way through, and constantly asked if the pressure was ok, because I have the bones of a decomposing corpse. 🤣 although some parts were a little too tender, I battled through. I feel so much better, and less stiff. Thank you again, and I’ll book back in soon. ❤️

First eye treatment at Body Revive … it was brilliant! Lashes and brows tidied and tinted!! And then a a deep tissue massage with Elena - amazing - am pretty sure I’m 6” taller now. Elena is just so considerate and caring and does an amazing massage! Thank you ladies xx

Indulged in the Pumpkin Pamper Hour with Yvonne and what a treat it is. Just relax and let the team do what they do best. Came away after a lovely foot scrub, back scrub, back massage, facial and foot massage smelling lovely and feeling very relaxed. Thank you for this fab treatment... Just a shame it's only on for a month 😁

First visit this morning. Ang made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Had a Swedish massage which was great. Came out feeling very relaxed.

I had a sports therapy massage to address muscle tightness. Sarah was very knowledgeable and talked me through what she was addressing.The treatment was firm but effective, and I felt noticeable relief in my hips afterward. The session also included advice on stretches to do at home.Overall, a highly professional service—I’d highly recommend Sarah🤗

Had a lovely Swedish full body massage today. Anj is really lovely and puts you at ease straightaway. I enjoyed it so much I’ve booked in for a hot stone massage in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended.
