I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah was knowledgeable and considerate and I will be 100% going back to her for any future treatment.

I had an amazing stretch and align massage with Sarah at Align Therapy. She made me feel completely comfortable and tailored the session to my needs. I left feeling so much more flexible.
