I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah was knowledgeable and considerate and I will be 100% going back to her for any future treatment.

Jenny Lou made me feel very relaxed for my first visit for some self care . The hot stones combined with the massage was a first for me and i thoroughly enjoyed the warming experience of the hot stones with a brilliant hands on massage , just the right pressure for a relaxing experience 😊, lovely calming cabin atmosphere Thankyou Jenny Lou 🌿🦋

Had a full body lymphatic drainage massage with Gracie and it worked wonders for my body! The facilities are very clean and all the staff were very friendly, will certainly be returning again!

I had an amazing stretch and align massage with Sarah at Align Therapy. She made me feel completely comfortable and tailored the session to my needs. I left feeling so much more flexible. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, she explained everything clearly and gave me great tips to keep improving at home. I highly recommend Sarah if you’re looking for a professional and restorative experience!

Jenny’s massages are incredible. I always look forward to my treatments here so much. I can’t recommend Jenny enough. She is so kind, friendly & knowledgeable. Her cabin is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very cozy. She only uses the very best, eco-friendly products.

Had back massage with cupping to relieve muscular tension and headache. Headache gone soon after treatment and, though back muscles remained sore for a couple of days, I feel so much better after the treatment. Thank Jenny and thank you for adapting my treatment to my needs.
