I visited Loft, with a friend, for the first time this afternoon. We had a hot oil massage each, topped off with a glass of fizz and cake! The massage was amazing, the setting is just gorgeous and the cake and fizz made it the perfect afternoon! Thank you Loft, we hope to be back again soon!

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. Go here for my massage every 3 weeks. The lady who dose them is really good. She dose my bak neck an arms. Im there for a hour,its £38. Highly recomended.

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Have been having swedish back massages for years to relieve migraines and stress at another salon, but due to personal circumstances, needed to try somewhere else. Nicola was amazing, explaining everything, as all places differ, but I've never come out of a massage feeling as relaxed and such immediate relief. Would highly recommend and I think I'll be a regular customer.

First visit here for massage and definitely won't be the last 😊
