Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. Never had the courage to go for a massage, worried that they would be too uncomfortable. Totally the opposite and in such a lovely relaxed room with beautiful aromatherapy as an added treat. The best sports massage I’ve ever had. My legs were very stiff and achy from running. Nikki knew exactly where the problem areas were and really worked them. I felt like I’d got a new pair of legs afterwards 😁

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hair wash and head massage and liked the blow dry. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Great massage

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
