Today was a real treat.. because hollies arm massage is amazing I thought I'd add a full body massage on to my facial appointment, I was not disappointed it was fantastic. She definitely got rid of alot of knotts. The facial as always was great the head and neck massage I think is my new favourite 😍

Its not just a massage with rizz, its and educational lesson in massage therapy as he explains what hes doing not just getting to work on you and more than happy to help show you how to fix issues yourself using the techniques at home etc. great work 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Had a few problematic areas so I booked in for a VIP massage with dry cupping—and wow, what a difference! Released tension in areas I didn’t know I was holding. Great knowledge, really relaxing little set up felt comfortable- highly recommend!!

Received a facial & back/shoulder massage voucher from my sister for my birthday. The back & shoulder massage was carried out by Sophia. It was fabulous! I've had massages other places but they tend to just give you a massage and that's it. Riz is full of ideas for different treatments and it's clear he really knows his stuff. He's also a really nice fella who puts you at ease.

Incredible as always. I arrived with a lot of pain around my lower back; Riz was very knowledgeable, explained the possible causes and looked at relieving the pain and tension. He used cupping, dry needling, massage and stretches to relieve it, as well as giving me an exercise plan moving forwards. Thank you!!

I have been struggling with my shoulder/bicep for a while so decided to go to see Riz as he was recommended. He soon identified the issue, explained in detail the problem and got straight to work. I feel the massage really helped with the muscle tightness. Riz was very knowledgeable, took time and applied the right amount of pressure throughout. I felt immediate relief in my muscles, improved mobility, and far less tension afterward. The session was both therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone who trains regularly or deals with muscle soreness.

Rizwan was great, easy going, and good to talk to, gives a great massage. Will be booking again.
