So happy with my hair! I booked in for consultation and Fiona was amazing at talking me through the options and really listening to what I wanted! We landed on did a cut and foilyage to prep my hair before my wedding. I’m so happy as I was able to keep my natural colour whilst having some beautiful foilyage added in! Charlene did a fabulous job with my “hair up”!! Having never been to Charlene before I didn’t know if I’d be able to explain what I wanted & her get the vibe, but she absolutely did! It’s not that I wanted anything particularly complicated but somehow people just don’t get what you want sometimes, but Charlene totally got it, executed a beautiful birthday updo & was great to chat to for an hour! I am definitely considering changing to her as my regular hairdresser as I absolutely felt I can trust her! Thank you 🙏
