Great customer service on arrival, I was early so was offered a seat and a drink. Sarah appeared and introduced herself as this was my first visit. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and made some good suggestions about the style I wanted. The finished result (cut and blow-dry) was exactly what I had wanted. Having recently moved into Chesterfield I feel relived that I have found my new hairdresser.

Lucy at Fringe was amazing. She made me feel comfortable from the start and really listened to what I wanted. I especially appreciated that she understood I didn’t need constant small talk and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. The consultation beforehand was brilliant — we discussed what I wanted, what was realistic, and pricing upfront, which made me feel really reassured. Brilliant first visit to Kerry today. She made me feel very welcome and really understands short hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted and used her knowledge and expertise to achieve what I thought was impossible. After living in chesterfield for 5 years and never finding a good salon I’d been recommended this on a number of occasions. So glad I did!. I booked for my hair to be chopped off, Chloe was absolutely amazing and did the most fantastic funky chop and I absolutely love it. She took all my wants and needs into consideration and came up with an amazing style for me. I can confidently say that I left feeling like a new woman. Really friendly staff, beautiful Salon with amazing service. Definitely in good hands here. I’ll now be a regular client and have already booked my next appointment.

I had my bridal hair trial today with Lily and I’m over the moon with the result. She made my hair look so much better than I thought it could ever look, and was so lovely throughout the trial. I will be going into my wedding day with one less worry knowing I’m in such capable hands 🙌🏻
