Thank goodness sports massage is back! Thanks to Jason for treating the plantar I've been struggling with during the latest lockdown. Symptoms have definitely reduced after 1 session. Excellent knowledge and professional treatment. Highly recommend.

Sports massage was an unhurried experience. Jason listened to my concerns and seemed to provide personalised input.

I was in this studio for massage, yoga, sound therapy and, of course, Leela, I recommend it to everyone, this is a good experience for beginners and already advanced lovers of these practices! The organizer is very attentive to everyone, the atmosphere of the studio is conducive to all practices! I am very glad that I met this person in my life! Laima is the best in the business!

Since moving to the area in June 2021, i have visited Teresa and Jason a couple of times, and i can honestly say they are amazing. Teresa knew exactly what was wrong with my posture and through the regular sessions has treated and re-aligned me with instruction for ongoing self help. She certainly knows her stuff and i have felt so much better for seeing her. Jason is outstanding with his sports massage. A deeper massage that i have never experienced before, but certainly works.
