I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

I was in this studio for massage, yoga, sound therapy and, of course, Leela, I recommend it to everyone, this is a good experience for beginners and already advanced lovers of these practices! Just fabulous from start to finish. The owner of this beautiful haven of a spa in Poole arranged a perfect day of pampering. Rhiannon’s attention to detail was exquisite with a perfect manicure and pedicure. Definitely worth upgrading to the luxury manicure and pedicure with Himalayan salt scrub and rose petal softening massage. The reflexology part of the pedicure was amazing especially lying down to relax and have the gel treatment. The tailored massage from Katia was sublime! She has magic has dealing with long held tight knots in the shoulders, fascia release, sports and hot stone
