Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. As a sports massage therapist, I can say the pressure Lexi applied was spot on! Deep but yet so relaxing… had a great sleep after my treatment. Thank you very much Lexi 😊 xx

Where do I start. I have been having pins and needles in my arm for 3 days and Nalin sorted it for me. Every time I have a deep tissue massage my aches and pains feel so much better. Don't know what I would do without my massage thanks Nalin.

It had been a while since I last had a sports massage & the tightness/ aches & pains were starting to show during my training sessions! Louise worked her magic on them & knew exactly which muscles needed working on, I’m really looking forward to continuing my treatment with Louise, not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she’s really lovely too

Really lovely massage today. Feeling very relaxed and happy. My appointment was at 11, after getting changed it was 10 past 11 and I thought it would finish at half 11 (some spa's have done this in the past) but no, the lady gave treatment for the full half hour ❤️ will be back. Thankyou

I had a sports massage which I’ve not had for years and I would 100% recommend this treatment

Louise was very comprehensive as far as asking questions about any issues I had and then tackling them with the sports massage. She uses a good level of firm pressure and really unlocked a lot of the tight muscles I have had, I’m feeling much better after 1 session and have booked more!

I had my first massage with Nalin today and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. This lady is a natural at what she does and her technique and pressure was perfect!. I was left feeling so much more relaxed, less tense and uplifted. Nalin worked my tense areas and knots so well. 1 hour seems like 5 hours! I didn’t want it to end.
