Had an amazing deep tissue massage and facial from Lexi. She worked on my extremely tight shoulder muscles and they feel so loose now. As a sports massage therapist, I can say the pressure Lexi applied was spot on! Deep but yet so relaxing… had a great sleep after my treatment. Thank you very much Lexi 😊 xx

It had been a while since I last had a sports massage & the tightness/ aches & pains were starting to show during my training sessions! Really lovely massage today. Feeling very relaxed and happy. My appointment was at 11, after getting changed it was 10 past 11 and I thought it would finish at half 11 (some spa's have done this in the past) but no, the lady gave treatment for the full half hour ❤️ will be back. Thankyou

I highly recommended Stacey she is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease on arrival. Stacey listened to me and my issue addressing my concerns. She makes a number of recommendations for whatever issues she is treating me for. She is good at what she does from sports massage to sports injury. Helping me keep moving.

I had a sports massage which I’ve not had for years and I would 100% recommend this treatment

Louise was very comprehensive as far as asking questions about any issues I had and then tackling them with the sports massage. She uses a good level of firm pressure and really unlocked a lot of the tight muscles I have had, I’m feeling much better after 1 session and have booked more!

One of the best sports massages I have experienced. Attention to detail and a targeted approach. I feel amazing 😊
