Just had my second microneedling session with Emily, and I can’t recommend her enough. She always makes the experience feel relaxed and comfortable by tailoring the treatment to my skin’s specific needs. The aftercare serum and her thoughtful next-day check-in really show how much she cares about her clients' results. Diolch eto Emily, ti’n seren! ⭐️

✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

The Wellness Lounge is always so welcoming, and their beautiful new location adds to the relaxing experience. Had the most amazing facial with Emily, the whole experience from start to finish was perfect and professional. Emily’s technique was calm & soothing, I was so relaxed that I felt as if I was melting away into the most comfiest of beds. 100% perfect. Will definitely be returning!

Lovely facial! Emily was so professional and answered all my questions.

Waiyee was my therapist and she was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me options and worked alongside my needs, so this made my experience very personalised. Her knowledge was outstanding. Very sociable also! I will definitely be returning for further treatments now I know her and the wellness lounge! Great calming, peaceful environment. Couldn’t recommend Emily enough. My first appointment and everything was explained clearly and good advice given. Relaxing environment and pleased with the treatment. Super happy with who I’ve chosen to begin my skin journey with!

I was bought a voucher for The Wellness Lounge for Christmas and have only just got around to using it. Wow- the treatment is incredible. It was clear Paul knew exactly what he was doing. I have just had the best sleep for years. Thank you TWL … I will most definitely be back!

LOVE my appointments with Emily. She’s super knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable and talks me through exactly what she’s doing which I love. I leave feeling amazing every time and my skin always feels amazing 🫶🏽 Highly recommend!!!

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session. I would highly recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone no matter your goal, you’ll be well looked after here!

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

We had an amazing experience at the Wellness Lounge. The host, Filip, was an absolute Star - he talked us through every aspect of the room with a true passion for what he was doing. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the room decor was a warm and comfortable place to be. We left the session feeling fresh and revitalized. We honestly recommend it and surely come back soon!
