I had such a lovely experience with Tegan! She was so kind and patient with me from start to finish. I have really long hair and honestly felt a bit sorry for her, but she handled it like a pro and never made me feel rushed. All of the staff were so welcoming too. I was quite nervous going in as a new client, especially as I haven’t had my hair done properly in years due to past experiences. But they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so happy with the result and will be using Tegan for as long as she’ll have me! Thank you so much 💛

I’ve had several treatments at Gaia Wellness over the past year and have always had a fantastic experience. The team are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit. Highly recommended.
