Meral makes you feel so welcome when you enter a serene space ✨ lovely chilled atmosphere. The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨

The massage was great, the afternoon tea however was really poor! We barely ate any of it! Have had packages many times at the gin spa and the afternoon tea has always been lovely but this was not great at all, everything felt stale. We won’t come back which is a shame

I had a treatment with Kat today and it was fantastic!! She was very knowledgeable and took such good care of me. Kaitlin met me at the door and showed me around. She made me feel so welcome!! I had the Blissful Spa package which is such great value!!! The afternoon tea, gin and Prosecco was a great finish to my day!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The space was absolutely beautiful and Meral was amazing. I actually got a bit emotional as I'd had a bad week and she was so lovely about it. It was my first visit and I felt so comfortable. I'll definitely be back <3

Had a wonderful full body massage with Ellis. She was super friendly knowledgeable about the treatment. Treatment was really relaxing and I loved the little positivity cards we done! All the after care was explained and I loved the stretches I was given away! We had the twilight package with dinner with was lovely. Will defo be back to the spa

Ellis and the team at the Gin Spa were amazing. My mother and I both went for the “Just the Tonic” Package, and Ellis was an amazing masseuse - so firm and helpful in making sure you got what you wanted. The service overall was so special and they had little surprises along the way. Take the package for an amazing experience with the most incredible afternoon tea ever (EVEN with vegan and GF options!!) and amazing service and decor in the restaurant too. Overall 11/10 thank you all so much, we had a great time!

A fab total relaxation package. Our therapists Shannon and Rebecca were lovely and made us feel totally relaxed. Hubby had the full body massage mainly working on his back. I had the back, shoulders and neck with the reflexology. In our package was afternoon tea with prosecco and a gin at cup (Gin 71) which was great and we had to have a doggy bag ! We would recommend the gin spa.

We had the ‘Gin to your Tonic' Couples Spa Package with Prosecco Afternoon Tea’ today and it was so good. They have all COVID-19 safety measures in place which puts you instantly at ease. We were greeted by Rebecca and Shannan who were friendly & knowledgeable. We both had an amazing full body massage and left feeling relaxed. The afternoon tea followed which was very good, plenty of options (for dietary requirements) and had a lovely glass of Prosecco and a gin and tonic. Staff were so friendly and service was superb! Would highly recommend!!

The spa experience was superb, however the afternoon tea wasn’t great. The cakes weren’t fresh, the eclairs were crunchy, along with others tasting stale which let it down.

We had an amazing experience at the gin spa, my therapist Henrietta was fantastic, and I would absolutely wish to have her again when I come next time. Which I will definitely be coming again! All the staff were fab and so attentive. The afternoon tea was lovely! All round a brilliant experience, thank you all very much! Look forward to seeing you again soon x

This day was absolute bliss! From entering the gorgeous spa which has such a calming relaxing atmosphere and lovely welcoming friendly staff, to the most WOW treatments from Henrietta (back neck and shoulder massage plus mini facial) I felt like I was in heaven. Everything was perfect! We the had a lovely refreshing gin and enjoyed relaxing in the spa before moving upstairs for afternoon tea. The food was very good quality we were very impressed. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you gin spa 💖

Absolutely amazing! My therapist Ashley was so lovely and so talented! The facial and massage was gorgeous and left me feeling so relaxed. All other staff at the Gin Spa were so lovely. Going to rave about this to all my friends and family! Can’t wait to come back x

Kat was amazing and seriously massaged out my knots. It was amazing to see the expanded spa (not been in 4-5 years!) and the hostess for the afternoon tea was lovely. And overall amazing experience and the best cure for an uncomfortable night bus! Thank you everyone <3

I booked the Total Wellness package with Meral including cupping, facial, reflexology, and reiki. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Meral is so kind and accomodating and the space is really beautiful. She is fantastic at what she does and I loved every second. I had previously only been for a cupping session before but after trying the facial, reflexology, and reiki, I wouldn't hesitate to book either of these treatments again. I cannot recommend her highly enough - the absolute best!! <3

Absolutely amazing first experience at Unwind for the Total Wellness valentines package (facial, cupping, reiki, and reflexology) plus a lash lift/tint. Meral is brilliant at what she does and so friendly. I’ll 100% be back and recommending to everyone!

I love coming to unwind to get my lashes, brows and nails done. It’s such a lovely space, very calm and relaxing (and clean!) Meral has such a lovely presence and is so so good at what she does 🫶🏻

Massage was 5 stars. Afternoon tea and gin was 3 stars. This is our 3rd visit for the gin spa package deal and quality has decreased on both food and drink options. Used to have a lot of gin options, now only a handful, and served with cheap tonic. Food quantity and quality has also reduced. Wouldn't come back again for the afternoon tea option.

First time going to a spa. Got the couples retreat package. My massage was amazing and I am now addicted. Best experience and my masseuse made me feel so comfortable. Definitely worth the experience.

Very relaxing and expert massages. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. We felt cared for and found the whole experience was wonderful. The afternoon tea was such a delight too. The sandwiches were delicious and so were the drinks. Also grateful for being able to choose from a good variety of scents for the massage and gin drinks. Would recommend and looking forward to coming back for another massage. I found the spa spring package was a great deal for the experience we had.

The treatment at the spa was outstanding. Lindsey was my therapist and she was brilliant. Best massage I have had in years. I feel completely relaxed which was the objective. What I would say though is that the Afternoon Tea at Cup, which was included with my package was very disappointing. Both the service and the food. The cakes were dry and inedible and the portions much smaller than I have had in the past. I wouldn’t go there for Afternoon Tea again. Such a shame because it was fantastic all the times I have been before.

Had the body massage and the awakening eye, really enjoyed both treatments and Marta was excellent. I have given 4 stars as the original package that the website let me book was only available in November and December. I was annoyed that I was only told this a couple of days before I was due to attend the Gin Spa. I’m not sure why this wasn’t highlighted earlier. I will book again because Marta was so good.

This Spa is a hidden treasure. I had gifted my mum the package for two for her birthday. We both agreed we will be back. We both got a back massage and facial. The therapist were fantastic and the meal after was delicious. Definitely a great day out.
