I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

I’ve been coming to Sarah for around 15 years now , I just wouldn’t trust any other person with my treatments. She puts your mind at ease for any worries and talks you through the whole process. Her clinic is spotlessly clean and inviting. She’s also very honest with you and will only allow you to have the treatments you need , she wants everyone to look and feel their very best . It’s always a lovely treat to see Sarah and she makes you feel amazing at every visit. Highly recommended!!!

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. Vicky gives her best with all her treatments and is a genuinely lovely lady. Having received a few treatments from Vicky, I would highly recommend her for any of the treatments she offers.

I've had a number of treatments, Over the past 3 years. I think that speaks for itself ☺️ I will continue to return to Sarah at Serene.

5 star for the massage as I feel rejuvenated afterwards. Even though the showers are the best for a spa, we can only offer 1 star for the spa facilities. But we are glad to hear that the spa is closed from the 15th January for refurbishment which is badly needed from the lockers to the spa itself. Unfortunately, the sauna broke down that morning but was up and running by the afternoon. Advertising it as a FULL spa day is misleading as the hotel only offers 3 hours free parking. We found the 3 hours was more than adequate due to no sauna and the sml swimming pool. Very clean facilities.

Having trusted Sarah with my lashes for six years now, I finally decided to expand upon treatments that she is offering, and had both Glory Eye and Botox this afternoon. As always, Sarah was the consummate professional throughout, taking the time to again run through what the procedure entailed and any potential risks/complications that might arise, as well as explaining what she was doing every step of the way. She was exceptionally gentle and I felt no real discomfort at all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah - in fact, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Beth has done such a great job with my lashes, was so lovely meeting her and chatting to her thought the appointment. Can tell she is cares and is really ambition. I will be recommending Beth to all my friends and family for their beauty treatments! Thankyou!

I had several treatments today by the wonderful Georgia. She is very professional at all times and makes you feel very comfortable. and cared for though out the treatments. I had a massage with a Superb therapist chap, Hoffman. He is very knowledgeable and intuitive, polite and professional. I've been having massages regularly for many years and am very impressed, I think this young man will go a long way. I found the other young man who was manning the spa reception really friendly and helpful.
