I’ve been coming to Sarah for around 15 years now , I just wouldn’t trust any other person with my treatments. She puts your mind at ease for any worries and talks you through the whole process. Her clinic is spotlessly clean and inviting. She’s also very honest with you and will only allow you to have the treatments you need , she wants everyone to look and feel their very best . It’s always a lovely treat to see Sarah and she makes you feel amazing at every visit. Highly recommended!!!

Lucy gave me a fabulous delux pedicure with hot wax and a mini facial today. She was professional, attentive to my comfort and generally very lovely. Would definitely recommend her home based spa treatments.

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Always a pleasure to see Sarah and working her magic. So calm and professional throughout. Thoroughly recommend this treatment, if you haven’t tried it, go on. I’m definitely booking in again. Always a great experience, especially the reflexology and reiki I had today, as it helps my PCOS symptoms and stress levels immensely. I find that booking these treatments when I do, generally every couple of weeks, works really well, particularly if you have quite a stressful lifestyle or things have happened recently, as the grounding really helps. Value for money! 😃

This was my first ever facial and it was absolutely amazing. Lucy is super lovely, friendly and professional and the space was cosy and welcoming, not to mention the products used smelt amazing and have left my skin feeling so lovely and soft, will be back very soon :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Proverb Men’s Signature Facial was insanely good — more like a full-body reset than a facial. From the foot soak to the upper back treatment and Thai-style stretches, every part was spot on. My skin feels incredible, my HRV has jumped, and my body battery has been 100% on waking last 2 days. Genuinely one of the best treatments I’ve ever had.

Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . I also go to Sarah for my lip filler and all skin care . My skin has never been better . I trust Sarah with all my treatments from beauty to aesthetics. She is experienced , patient , professional , definatly a perfectionist and a lovely person . My visits are so enjoyable and I come out feeling amazing every-time . So thank full I found Serene :)

I had a fabulous facial massage—such a relaxing experience! If it’s someone’s first time, it might be helpful to explain what to expect beforehand, just to put them at ease. The fragrance of the products used was lovely, though I personally found it a little strong. Stacey is a lovely young lady—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again for more treatments. I would happily recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a beauty treatment at Natural Body Café.

Snezhana was amazing, she really listened to what I needed and was constantly checking in that everything was okay. With a chronic illness massages/treatments can be difficult to get right for me but this was perfect and exactly what I needed after a stressful few months! Had a wonderful and most relaxing Me Time treatment with Lili which comprised of a therapeutic back massage and a skin toning and moisturising facial. Arrived really stressed and left extremely calm and relaxed. Shall certainly be returning for more of these and other treatments !

A beautiful warm and cosy space to have a lovely treatment. My eye brow wax was very precise and so gentle after a very soothing facial! I would highly recomend this therapist as she is so professional, friendly and thoughtful! Great experience that I will repeat on a regular basis.
