Rebecca gave me such a caring yet rather firm sport massage! She was gentle with my tight spots but worked with my pain tolerance to create space in muscles which was fully needed. Felt the aches later in the day but was a relief as I knew the blood flow was working - Thank you Rebecca, look forward to seeing you again! 🙏

First time having a pedicure, and really enjoyed it, soothing atmosphere, and Rosie was lovely. Came prepared with my own nail polish, as a friend had said they only have a small selection of regular polishes to choose from, however there is a much larger selection of gel polishes .(which I didn't want) Rosie did a fab job and I'm very happy, ready for my holiday.

It was my first time having any kind of professional message and my first ever colonic clear-out. The lovely Karen welcomed me in spite of my early arrival during her lunch break. After a brief paperwork assessment and a concise summary of The full Inside-out program, the processes were delivered and undertaken with exemplary gentleness, care and professional skill. I was completely relaxed, and thanks to the perfectly prepared space, with ambient calming musical frequencies and subtle scents, i was lulled into a delightful semi meditave state while being expertly massaged. I'll be back!

Another fantastic treatment with Andrea. I had the 'Me time,'( back massage & facial) My therapist listened to my needs and carried out a lovely treatment. The salon is located on a busy high street, however you can't hear any outside noise in the treatment room & feels like you are in a secluded spa. The room was lovely & cozy making it the perfect place to be on a rainy day.
