1st time visitibg and will be back! Jill's space was welcoming warm and smelt amazing. I felt like she took her time to understand what I needed and adapted the treatment accordingly. Look forward to her fixing me up and getting rid of years of knots.

The customer service here is really lovely. I feel comfortable with all the staff and they do nails perfectly. My only snag is that it’s pretty tired. It needs a refresh and a tidy, especially upstairs where spa like treatments take place.

Had a day of luxury with my sister Biab nails followed by the “ winter warmer” package and a neals yard facial. Feet soaked whilst we had a hot drink with the winter warming oils . Think Christmas cloves and orange . Foot massage with gua sha was a new one for me and bliss. We then put robes on and were taken to the tranquil treatment room . Lay on the beds with blankets and peaceful music we were enjoyed a full body and scalp massage. By this point I’d lost all sense of time and location. The facial finished me off. I kept snoring as I was so relaxed! Utter bliss!

I just had the most amazing facial with Jill at No3! Her space is absolutely beautiful, calm and thoughtfully put together. From start to finish, the experience was so relaxing. Jill has such a gentle, knowledgeable touch and really takes the time to make sure you feel pampered and cared for. My skin feels incredible and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had a fusion massage with Jill @ No.3 & it was delightful. Jill has created a warm and nurturing space where you can let go of the stresses and strains of a busy life. The treatment was 60 minutes and was just beautiful, lots of little touches like the hot towels & beautiful oils that she used. I’d highly recommend Jill for any holistic treatments.

No doubt, best facial by far. Wonderful “SPA” experience at No.3! Highly recommended.

As someone who requires specialist massage, it was heartbreaking when my regular spa in the city closed after going to them for 10 years. Having tried a few beauty salons and physio I still hadn’t found that perfect mix of specialist targeted massage but in a relaxing holistic environment. Now I have! Like all top restaurants, keeping your menu small is a sign of quality. Jill is not a beauty therapist, she is a specialist in holistic massage and facials. (Lucky for us!) My combination treatment was phenomenal. Her new room is spacious with lush decor, smells and music. And Jill is lovely!!

I went for a facial and full body massage with Jill and wow…it was the most relaxing, gorgeous experience. She’s so welcoming and warm, the house smells like a spa and I had the most relaxing experience. Every product she used was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning x
