I had the date to bare body scrub All very clear regarding masks etc felt clean and safe I was dry brushed ( need to do this often) exfoliated and had a body masque applied front and back I was then given a head massage and left to rest ( sleep !)after I was moisturised and massaged with oil My skin feels so soft and I literally floated out !!

Had a day of luxury with my sister Biab nails followed by the “ winter warmer” package and a neals yard facial. Feet soaked whilst we had a hot drink with the winter warming oils . Think Christmas cloves and orange . Foot massage with gua sha was a new one for me and bliss. We then put robes on and were taken to the tranquil treatment room . Lay on the beds with blankets and peaceful music we were enjoyed a full body and scalp massage. By this point I’d lost all sense of time and location. The facial finished me off. I kept snoring as I was so relaxed! Utter bliss!
