Our visit was a wonderful experience! We booked 3 hours and the Heavenly spa package as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed an hour massage, facial, body scrub, sauna and ended with a nice long soak in the most beautiful stone bath with tea & crackers ❤️ Beautiful ladies, great pressure for massages, lovely rooms! Definitely recommend

My aesthetician was lovely (albeit obviously very new!) but what I was surprised about was the cost—a brow restyle with a trainee was the same cost as it would have been with Rachel, the senior stylist? This seems odd to me. Luckily the restyle worked out but it was making me nervous the entire time to be practiced on and then to have to pay the same price to be “practiced” on doesn’t sit the best with me. Nothing personal about the team themselves or the space.

Ella P was from my experience in the space of facials in delivery, execution and offered experience was sensational! I am a spa owner and taught / experienced many facials and this therapist is one of the best! Anyone who can get me to relax and transcend time to just be in the moment n chill as a guy is worth their weight in gold! As u can tell i don't shut up but with Ella I can just switch off! Experience was absolutely amazing and top rate service. Spa was calm, relaxing and inviting. Staff made you feel welcomed and ensured all your needs were met. I was lucky enough to have my treatment with Simone who was thorough, gentle and ensured I had the most magical experience. She made sure I was relaxed, felt cared about and I left feeling like a new person. Could not rate the experience highly enough.

I could not fault My Beaty Shoppe. My plans changed and they were able to accomodate me at an earlier time. The staff member who assisted me did my eyebrows and was more thorough than any other beautician than I’ve ever had before. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for doing a great job!

Us three ladies had a wonderful spa package. Massage, facial and foot massage. All staff were very professional and experienced. Lovely setting at Bali Beautique.

I had such an amazing experience. It was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep twice! I have very sensitive skin so I was concerned my skin might react to the products but Nina was upfront about what to expect and very accomodating and assuring, testing the products for a few minutes and checking with me if I felt any reaction, which I didn’t! The products were all very natural and smelt so fresh. I’ve actually never done a facial before because of fears around my sensitive skin but I got this as a birthday gift, and I’m so pleased to have found a place I will definitely be coming back to!

Rachel is very skillful at doing brows. I really liked the way I was involved in the process from start to finish and my style was respected . My only suggestion is I would prefer to be in a quiet single room rather than a shared space . Great job 👍🏼

Always enjoy the spa and massage packages at Bali Beautique Spa. Feel relaxed and refreshed afterwards and the facial smells great. Love the ambience too, definitely feel like we are tucked away in Indonesia.

The massage was good, but the room was too cold for my Parkinson's, the face rest was wongky and had a bad wooden frame that hurt my cheekbones and chin. But I'll be back, because one of your former employees from west java recommended the Bali B Spa.
