Chloe was great! She was very personable and gentle with my hair. We talked about so much and she never hesitated to add on to the conversation or explain anything I had questions about. I 100% plan on coming back. The environment is so easygoing and welcoming. I never once felt uncomfortable about my interactions with others, nor did I sense any tension from any of the stylists. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

Today I had a facial peel with Chloe. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Chloe was very knowledgeable about the procedure, which was my first time getting. She also made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire service. She certainly knows what she is doing and I left with the glowiest skin I have ever had! Can’t wait to go back to see her for my next service.

I had a Signature Facial with Claire and it was probably one of the best facials I have ever had. I walked in with a bad headache and between the calming scents of the products used, the massage on my face, the steam and the frozen globes used, I walked away headache-free, feeling and looking refreshed and feeling just overall relaxed. Claire, you are amazing and I will be back!

What a wonderful experience. The treatment was superb. The aesthetician used just the right amount of pressure on my skin. I especially enjoyed the hand treatment. The warm wax soothed the arthritis in my hands allowing me to relax even more. I highly recommend this luxury facial and Jennifer. (It's also affordable compared to other places) Very glad I found Elisen Salon.

As always, all the services I have availed so far at Galaxy Beauty Salon are way higher in quality when compared to any other beauty salons I have been here in Seattle. I've never had a bad experience from here. I've been having a bad week so I walked in and see if they had any openings. I was able to get a cut and color with Chloe who did an amazing job in my hair, I wanted to tone down some highlights I had to more match my natural color and just a trim to freshen up the layers I already had. 10/10 experience. I was also able to fit in a facial right after my haircut which was a lifesaver. I worked with Jennifer who was the most caring and gentle person. I absolutely adore her. I was so relaxed during that I kept falling asleep. Would 10/10 recommend.
