I had a deep cleansing acne facial with Kris and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. It was clear she really knew what she was doing — from the techniques she used to how she explained everything along the way. My skin has never looked this clear! I noticed a visible difference almost immediately, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend Kris to anyone struggling with acne or just looking for a really effective, professional facial. Definitely will be back!

I had the reflexology and Essential Facial, both with Milk (the name of the Esthetician). The spa itself is very cozy and peaceful. Milk was amazing: she has perfect pressure, very attentive. My facial was truly wonderful; I’ve heard of Eminence skin care before but hadn’t tried it. Each product felt luxurious but also herbaceous and smelled great. I added a jelly mask and it was well worth it! Definitely will be back!!

Facials are always an experience with Paris! I love how she explains the products she’s putting on my skin and also the benefits of each product. I literally can’t get enough and will always be back for more facials. I tend to fall off from my routine every now and then, but Paris always gets my skin back together in no time! Let’s not forget how Paris will also give you product recommendations at the end of your service based on your skin type!!

Wow! What an amazing experience with Seonjoo today!! I went in for my Head Spa appointment to treat myself. I was offered a nice pot of tea while my scalp was being analyzed. Afterwards, Seonjoo worked her magic on me while I fully relaxed in the comfortable chair. While my scalp was being worked on, Seonjoo gave me the most relaxing massage on my head, décolleté, arms, and hands. After the service, I was able to see a huge improvement on my scalp right away! Also, my hair felt super soft and clean. Thank you, Seonjoo for this luxurious experience. I will definitely be back soon!
