Leandro's professionalism and quality of service are outstanding. He was very attentive throughout the process. I’m accustomed to waxing, but his products were impressive—I experienced minimal discomfort and had no allergic reactions, despite my sensitive skin. He also kept us at ease during the procedure, and the environment was warm, welcoming, clean, and organized. I’m confident that from now on, I’ll only get a wax in Miami with him.

The facial was amazing. Fran was really sweet and she did a great job with my extraction's. The studio was nice. I could hear all the other people in the rooms or hallway. Some music would have made it great. I’ll definitely go back.
