It was amazing, the customer service, the staff was friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable as possible. I’m so thrilled and happy, my eyebrows have never looked this good and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

I only come to this place to have my eyebrows done. Staff is always friendly. Mahsa did a perfect shape and is very soft. I will book my next session withe her. I highly recommend.

My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

I have wanted my eyebrows done for ages but having bad experiences in the past was a bit nervous, Fran did them step by step talking me through it and got the colour and shape I wanted leaving them looking amazing. Will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at the Glam Beauty Room. I came in for an eyebrow lamination and tint and I couldn’t be happier with the results my eyebrows perfectly shaped and the tint is just the right shade. The entire process was relaxing and the attention to detail was great. The space is clean welcoming and you can tell that Cristina really cares about her clients. Thank you!

Jodie is just a gem and a bloody talented hairdresser. I've had the same haircut for 15 years (a bit off the ends and shaping) and never felt confident to change it but with Phoebe I trust her advice and judgement so I took the leap to change my hair (slightly) with a no bleach balayage. Not a major change to anyone else but as an autistic person it is huge. Jodie talked me through the process, clearly explained everything and then did a perfect job. I love the vibe of the salon and immediate friendliness you are met with as soon as you come in. Warm, welcoming and a talented group of women!

I had a great experience at lotus salon today! I went in to get my eyebrows done and was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The woman that did my brows took her time to shape my brows exactly how I wanted, and the results were clean and precise. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to—highly recommend!
