The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I’ve been coming to this beauty salon for my eyebrow threading and waxing for a while now, and they never disappoint. The staff are quick, precise, and always make the experience comfortable. My brows come out perfectly shaped every time, and the service is consistently reliable. Highly recommend!

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

I had a great experience at lotus salon today! I went in to get my eyebrows done and was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The woman that did my brows took her time to shape my brows exactly how I wanted, and the results were clean and precise. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to—highly recommend!

I came in straight from London needing a refresh, and Lotus Salon was perfect! It was right around the corner from my accommodation, and the women were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. My gel manicure was flawless—super clean with a smooth removal—and my brows and upper lip threading were done with great precision. All of this for only £43—such amazing value! It was the first time I have had a lash lift and brow lamination and didn’t know what to expect, but having seen some posts and pics of Mia’s work on Oh So Pretty Insta page, it put my mind at ease.
