Since moving to Windsor from the UK, I don't think people appreciate the stress of finding a new salon (I endured 2 before this find!)! Elysian is such a lovely salon, the sisters who own the salon and the girls working are all so welcoming and fun to spend a couple of hours with. I had the most beautiful experience today at Intuitive Esthetics with Giovanna.From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, warm, and genuinely welcoming exactly the kind of energy I didn’t even realize I needed. Giovani took her time with my brow wax and tint and checked in with me at every step to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how things were going. I felt cared for, listened to, and never rushed. It was more than just a service it felt like a little reset for my day. My pedicure was expertly done. The gel polish has clean, professional lines. I also added eyebrow threading to my service at the last minute and was accommodated. Instead of just doing my brows, she talked me through the process and showed me how to maintain mine better. It was a phenomenal experience, as usual.

She’s so sweet, super professional, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. I always leave feeling like that girl. If you’re thinking of booking, this is your sign. Do it. You’ll be obsessed.

What a wonderful afternoon spent with both Jacky and Carissa. They made me feel so pampered. Carissa did my lashes for me for an upcoming Pink concert and put some Pink in there! Jacky did a beautiful job with my hairy brows, Carissa whitened my teeth to an amazing white polish. I walked out of there feeling like a princess. My lashes are always amazing, feel completely natural and no glue sting in my eyes which I had encountered with previous lash extensions. Their little boutique on Pilette is so pretty and cozy, with great tunes always kicking!

Jackie is wonderful, I love my eyebrows and will definitely return.
