The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. I’d full body massage after nearly 18 months due to spine surgery, Explained to Navjot, who took in my concerns and was so good n caring asking regarding pressure she could use . After a relaxing massage had a very relaxing pedicure and eyebrow threading. It’s a clean, welcoming place .All the staff very nice and accommodating . All the best girls xx
