The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. Alison is brilliant! By far the best wax technician I’ve ever had. She is patient, professional and genuinely lovely putting me at ease instantly. After my Hollywood, Alison gave me a fantastic lash lift and tint which looks incredible. We finished with the luxury manicure with gel polish and my hands look and feel fabulous. 10/10. Rebooked for next month immediately.

Thank you Priti . I love my new eyesbrows . She knew exactly what colour I needed and only make my brows look natural and gave them a good shape . She was friendly and made me feel at ease as did all the staff . I will definitely be booking again .

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.
