Mia never disappoints! Such wonderful service and I always walk away so happy with her treatments! She is so talented, professional and down to earth. She offers so many services, I have had a manicure, pedicure and brow lamination so far and have been so pleased with the results. She always manages to make time for future appointments which suit me best and is so accommodating! I have been going to the salon and Mia since March and I couldn’t imagine going to another salon now! I always feel so welcome and the salon is gorgeous! I would 100% recommend Mia and Oh so Pretty! My friend and i really enjoyed our experience at the beauty refinery. It was amazing. The service and costumers care was top notch. I had my body wax done by Pinky and inde, those two lovely ladies were extremely kind and helpful to one another. Their personalities are very bubbly and sweet. I also had a full face wax/threaded by Deep. She was extremely kind, soo sweet and good at her job. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Also met the owner. What a lovely lady. She gave us free chocolate and hand cream after our services for all the pain we had to endure😂 I definitely will be coming again!

I had a great experience at lotus salon today! I went in to get my eyebrows done and was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The woman that did my brows took her time to shape my brows exactly how I wanted, and the results were clean and precise. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to—highly recommend!
