Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++

Jodie has been doing my hair for years and even-though I’ve moved out of Leicester she’s worth travelling back for! She just gets it. I always leave the chair feeling incredible, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser but she’s also the loveliest person ever! Mia was so lovely, talked me through the whole process and what she was doing throughout my appointment. Made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. She explained all the after care.
