Lovely experience from start to finish. I’m a bit of a nervous nelly when it comes to things like this but Lucy made me feel at ease immediately and reassured me throughout the whole process. Loving my new brows and now looking at what else I can book in! Would 100% recommend 😊

Extremely informative of the process including pre and post care. Very calming nature when actually having the micro blading done. Patient with the mapping process as I had one eyebrow higher than the other! All in all a consummate professional. Very pleased with the results both on the day and now a week later. Would recommend to others.

I have been using Poppy for many years. I left once for about 3 months but returned because she is so professional and does a fantastic finish on eyebrows, and nails. Always walk away feeling marvellous.

Very professional, informative and friendly staff that put you at ease. Great Customer service from the moment you walk in. I live in Maidstone and although there are clinics nearer, I am prepared to travel to this one as I really like the service provided. Always wonderful to spend time in Laura’s company. She is amazingly talented and knowledgeable about permanent makeup and aesthetics and puts you at ease from the moment you arrive. I am once again in love with my eyebrows and can’t wait for my tattoo to heal.

Lucy was so thorough with all her information and kept me informed every step of the way of laser removal of my semi permanent eyebrows. I was expecting a lot of pain but in fact it was nowhere near that and in fact extremely comfortable. Lucy’s beauty bar is spotless and soooo comfortable, every question was answered and Lucy herself is a darling. Booked and paid my second session, the results today were amazing!! X

Lucy is a genius! My eyebrows had a permanent hangover from the 90s, over-plucked and really sparse, no sign of them ever returning! But Lucy has totally transformed them with a powder brow treatment which I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rescue their brows! Fabulous service, great results, I couldn't be happier with the results
