She was gentle and patient, and even took the time to show me how to use the right products and techniques to bring out the best curls in my daughter’s hair. Eric was very professional and helpful. I returned about 10 days after my initial haircut as I felt the original style wasn’t quite right for me. He listened carefully, offered professional advice, and kindly provided a hair wash and trim to achieve the length and style I wanted. To my surprise, he didn’t charge me for the second visit, despite providing both a wash and haircut. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very satisfied with the result and highly recommend Eric.
