Many thanks to Mia for a grwat pedicure. She did a first class job and my toes are now ready for a family wedding next week. In fact i was so pleased that i booked in straightaway for a manicure too. Lovely salon - super clean snd loved the decor - and friendly staff. A very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Had the loveliest mother–daughter pedicure today. Such a relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calm, and our feet feel amazing. A perfect little treat to share!

Such an amazing experience. Out at ease as soon as I was welcomed in. Went above and behind expectations, gave me the best pedicure ive had in a long time. And the chatter was enough to be comfortable with no awkwardness. So happy with the result even had the perfect colour. Can't recommend enough

I had a luxury pedicure with Donna. She is lovely and welcoming. She is brilliant and gives a great foot massage. Would highly recommend Donna she is very professional and is brilliant at what she does. Donna also waxes my eyebrows for me and she gives them a great shape I really like the way she does them for me. See u soon Donna ❤️

As always, thorough treatment by Nancy. Such a relaxing atmosphere always, never rushed. Feels like I’m walking on air after my luxury pedicure and nail varnish. The salon is always spotless and inviting.. All booked in for a facial, and luxury pedicure etc. for next time and a haircut in a few weeks .. the stylist and beauty therapists.. all great and friendly.

Myself and my daughter had a fantastic pedicure at the Glow Up Nail Bar today with Lily and Holly. They were lovely girls and delivered a top service. We sometimes book the deluxe double pedicure as a treat to ourselves and it is always a great experience. This is the second time Lily has done my pedi and both times she has been delightful. Thank you again Lily and Holly we will be back soon.

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.
