What a wonderful lady Shidvash is , so warm and friendly! Made me feel at ease straight away. What a gorgeous experience with Alaine. She is so thoughtful and knowledgeable, you can tell how passionate she is about what she does. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special with lots of extra touches turning just a facial or a massage into a full calming and relaxing experience. I had a buccal release massage which was amazing. I’m already looking at what treatment to have next. Thank you so much Alaine, you are wonderful!

What a lovely and relaxing experience with Alaine, just what I needed a week before my wedding. Had the gua sha facial which left me with the glowiest skin and a snatched jawline, would highly recommend to everyone before an event or just as a why not pamper session!

I always come away from an appointment with Sally feeling lifted - not just because she does my nails in an expert way (which is consistently true) but also because the atmosphere she creates is welcoming, relaxing and reviving. I had a pedicure today and my feet honestly feel 10 years younger! Thank you, Sally!

Paula was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel good. I had two treatments- pedicure and facial. I can’t be happier with the outcome My face looks sooooo clean and beautiful. My skin looks 10 years younger:) And my feet too. Definitely going back!!!!

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

Sally is excellent she has been doing my eyebrows for over 15 years. I travel from kirklees as her work is amazing and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows. Thanks you Sally.

I can’t recommend Sally enough! She is so personable and instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Her workspace is lovely — clean, welcoming and such a nice environment to be in. Her nail creativity is incredible, no matter how simple or detailed the design. What really stands out is how thorough she is with nail prep and attention to detail. She genuinely takes pride in her work and it shows in both the finish and how long my nails last. A true professional who goes above and beyond every appointment.
