I've been to Reflections a few times before and the service and treatments are consistently great. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Everyone at the desk has been lovely and helpful but Sophia went above and beyond this time around specifically. Lovely to work with and easy to communicate with.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

I added a paraffin hand wrap and hand massage to my structured gel mani refill, and honestly, it was 100/10. As a therapist, my hands go through a lot, but they feel brand new! Had a great experience at the spa with Ashley. I booked a mud wrap, massage, and Bro-Zillian. The ambience of the spa is just what you would hope for if your goal is to relax and recoup. The treatments left my skin feeling so soft and the wax was relatively pain free. Go with the hard wax, I say. Ashley is very skillful and I would certainly recommend her.

We are regular visitors at the AquaSpa, the treatments are wonderful and the therapists are professional, friendly and provide a fantastic service.

GREAT!!!! This was my first official facial, it was nice and relaxing, hours later and my facial was not greasy. Full face wax and it was over in a jiffy. I love her pedicures and my feet are smooth for weeks after.

The spa offered an inviting and serene atmosphere, with calming music and subtle lighting that enhanced relaxation. The staff members were courteous and professional, making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I enjoyed mani Pedi treatment. Overall, the experience left me feeling refreshed and thoroughly pampered.
