This was my first visit to Fika and I wasn’t disappointed! Sadie did a great job giving me exactly what I asked for. The cut and colour look great and the little details like a full coffee menu and snacks were such a nice bonus. Found my new salon! Can’t wait to be back next time! Go to Fika and ask for Sadie :)

I always have a great experience with Emma. She is so professional and really reads my mood; we chat the perfect amount during my services. She is really good at her work, from waxing to painting, she pays close attention to detail. Thank you Emma, you are a great ambassador for Cocobella Spa. I had an appointment with Danie and am so incredibly happy with her work! For a long time, I contemplated getting my hair dyed lighter because I didn't think it would be possible considering how dark my base was. Danie understood my goals and the vision I had and she absolutely killed it. She got me to the exact colour I wanted whilst maintaining the health of my hair and I truly couldn't be happier with my results. Foils aside, Danie's customer service is also just top notch, I had so much fun chatting with her during my appointment! I 100% recommend Danie & Fika to anyone interested!

Jessie is amazing! I had accidentally banged my toe and it had broken the toenail so we pivoted and did foot care instead of a pedicure + shellac. She was super gentle and provided the necessary support and advice to ensure proper foot care. I am extremely grateful for the kindness and knowledge of the aestheticians at Cocobella.

I don't typically get my hair professionally styled but having it done with Julie was treat. She really understood my hair type very well (I have straight hair that is hard to hold a curl) and gave me beautiful curls with a good amount of volume that lasted throughout the whole day for my sons engagement party. I got so many compliments on my hair. Julie was also very kind and friendly and mad me me feel very comfortable. Would recommend Julie and thank you so much - Josephine

First visit with Danika and she was excellent! Cocobella Spa, in my opinion, is one of the nicest, friendliest, cleanest spas in the Ottawa area and the staff are very helpful and professional.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing salon! The staff were warm, professional, and detail-oriented. My manicure and pedicure were flawless — perfect shaping, smooth polish, and a heavenly foot massage. Great color selection and impeccable hygiene. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had my nails done by Emmanuella, bio gel on natural nails, nude color. She is very polite, she made sure to ask if I was comfortable. I love her work, my nails are very classy, very clean, very demure.

Love this salon, all the staff are friendly. Megan did a great job on my nails, including helping me select a colour and design.
