Charlin was great! She was very patient applying the extensions and dipping powder to my nails. She made sure I was happy with the shape and length, and nudged me in the right direction when I was unsure. A solid job, and I’ll be back!

Alysia was great. She expertly cut and filed my nails. Sounds picky, but I like it when it feels like my tech knows what they are doing with confidence. I got cat eye polish and she took her time and care to ensure the magnet did the full effect to get the classic results. I didn't feel hurried out, like some nail salons and techs make you feel on a Friday night. That being said, I was in and out within the 1.5 hour appointment timeline!

My new fav nail place! Amazing experience - Alla is fantastic. She took her time doing my nails and they are absolutely gorgeous!! I got a full set bio gel with tips and chrome. Obsessed! And you get free ice cream at the end of your appt. What a great touch. :)

I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

Riya was amazing. She did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond. I’m super picky with my nails and just moved to the neighborhood, so I was skeptical — but she won me over. The attention to detail, the smoothness of the bio-gel application, and the nail shape are all perfect. I’m officially a regular now. Will definitely be booking again! Bonus: they also offer hair services and pedicures.

I have been getting my filler and Botox done for over 12 years religiously. I recently moved to Toronto and I am SO grateful I found Nurse Jearish! She took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted and she delivered just that! My results are perfect and I was REALLY surprised at how gentle she was I could barely feel anything while she was doing my lip filler! 10/10!!!!!!

Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

Amazing customer service! Hanah is amazing with attention to detail; from shaping my nails to choosing the perfect color for the references I show her! This is only my second time coming in, but I truly do enjoy coming in and seeing her! I definitely love how friendly everyone is too!! Overall, very satisfied with the results and experience at this nail salon!!

The staff were pleasant and professional, and did my basic men’s mani/pedi with good attention to details. The spa could occasionally or better use of a bit of ventilation, as the smell of some of the other clients nail coatings was quite strong when entering. I’ve suggested this before and will again, for those of us who don’t get anything put on our nails, even clear coat, for whatever reason, we still could benefit from the use of graduated grit nail buffing pads/sponges. Had it at other spa’s and it’s great for smoothing the nail surface and naturally bringing a sheen to the nail.

I had such a great experience with Mery! She was incredibly attentive to every detail and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Her nail art skills are truly amazing — she is so talented and creative. The final result turned out absolutely beautiful and she did a phenomenal job. My mother and I went for bio gel fills and shellac manicures with Flower and Ellie and like usual they did not disappoint. The attention to detail they provide is amazing. You do not feel rushed they make sure every nail is even and shaped perfectly. I always leave feeling the same, this is my favourite set. Im thrilled that finally both my mother and I leave so happy and not disappointed in paying good money for rushed flawed nails. Nook your appointment here, I promise you will not be disappointed

Geeta 🤩⭐️⭐️ amazing at making me feel so comfortable and the results are soooo cute. I hadn’t had my nails done in many years and I was between getting bio-gel and shellac and she let me do one nail in bio-gel to see how it feels - so accommodating! Sekai is hands down the best place for manicures in the city. I used to live super close by so it was naturally my nail salon. Now that I live further I realize how spoiled I was. Every time I get my nails done somewhere else I regret it, so I make a point of travelling back to Sekai when I need my manicure to last. My fave technician is Mithu. She is so kind and takes extra time and care to get my nails just right. My manicures always last longer than from anywhere else, so it’s worth the slightly higher cost. I highly recommend Sekai!
