Never disappoints! Reflexology services are incredible. All staff are talented, safe, pleasant people. Need a simple nail fix, a full set, a massage, wax? They have it all. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. I have known Mischelle for 20 plus years and she is the best in the industry. I travel a lot and always make sure I see her before I leave knowing that my manicure and pedicure will last for a very long time (often a month and that's only bc the nails have grown but the polish is intact). I also go to her for a massage as she is very strong and often adjusts whatever needs to be adjusted. I feel lucky to know here as she does everything with all her heart and soul. My family adores her too because she is a very special person who cares not just about taking care of you but you as a person!
