Such a beautiful and relaxing experience! The best sensory indulgence, with the most peaceful sounds, shoulder heat rest, warm towels on the legs and the perfect pressured warm oiled leg and foot massage. To add to this ,my feet were brought back from a dry and dull state, with lots of care and attention and the perfect French tipped painting. Vanni is such a lovely human and a true perfectionist ! Very grateful

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

Recently joined Sammy’s Nail Club and am overly impressed. Looking forward to my next fresh new nail art 🌟

If you want a professional nail artist who actually knows what they are doing, Sam is the person for you, and she is amazing at nail art! Sam is also very easy to talk to, so no awkward conversations need be had. I would highly recommend Sam!
