I had my third microneedling appointment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lolly was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I accidentally turned up an hour early, but she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and made the whole treatment feel relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone considering microneedling or any other treatment. I honestly can’t recommend Stacie enough! I came to her after 12 years of using black box dye, so I knew getting my hair lighter was going to be a process.
