The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Had a wonderful facial (dermabrasion and microneedling) with shoulder and arm massage, heavenly!

I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

Shannon explained the ultimate facial and aftercare for microneedling. She had a calming presence and made me feel very comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the facial massage I was that relaxed! Would definitely recommend the treatment and therapist.

I have been going to Jess for many years now for lash lift and tint and microneedling. She is fantastic. She’s really kind, welcoming and her knowledge is fantastic. She takes care and pride in her work and I’m always so pleased with the result. I would recommend Jess to anyone!

Dr Hannah was very professional and is an expertise in what she does. I look years younger and am estatic with the results. She very gentle with the needle, I hardly felt any pain. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
