The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care.
