The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. What really stood out was how comfortable and relaxed she made the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I have a micro needling and hydro facial with Bethany. What a lovely lady she is. I absolutely loved the sessions and it’s nice to have acknowledge and professional is staff knowing exactly what to do and give you very useful tips and information before and after the treatment. Thank you very much. My skin feels much better and I feel amazing.

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

My Appt with Louise today was my 3rd Microneedling Session which went really well. I've visually seen my skin improve over the past couple of months with the Microneedling, Facials and Red Light Therapy booked as a package and been so impressed I'm now booking the same package to address my neck & Décolletage.
