The service was amazing! The only feedback I have is that the bathroom could be cleaner, the baseboards and floors were a little grungy. Everything else was absolutely fabulous!

First time. I loved it! Felt very relaxed and almost fell asleep several times. I can see the benefit. Wish they had a location in the East end of Ottawa.

For my first experience it was good. I cant compare since this was my first like mentioned. Here are a few things I find should be improved: the location is not the best as the door would often opens and we(we were 3 ladies) would hear cars go by and people talking from outside. I find that the 3 stations should be in a closed room. The bathroom def needs some love, feel like I was going to a gaz station bathroom. Now for the head part, it was great. Loved the analyse of the hair scalp, loved the treatment they put in your hair but didn't feel the ''WOW'' moments I was expecting.
